Leaves move with the wind and glide against each other, this piece can mimic the same characteristics. It has a pivot on the top and three identical rounded leaf shaped elements one after the other that can open up and close  whenever you'd want them to. When you want a fuller look in the evenings, you can open them up and keep them closed in the day with casual wear. The parts are not layered with pressure to avoid scratching due to friction and to allow gliding to and fro with the wind like the original leaf.
